• All fonts must be converted to outlines.
• All colors must be converted to spot colors with correct Pantone numbers.

We accept artwork on the following:
• CDs

Halftones: Any artwork that has halftones, whether provided CAMERA READY or on disk, must use a halftone line screens between 35 lpi (lines per inch) and 65 lpi. Most spot color halftones are printed at 45 lpi. When combining solid line art images (bold type or graphics) and very fine halftones (55+lpi) in the same design/ink color we are often required to separate them and print them independently. This requires the use of two films and two screens for that one ink color. We cannot print halftones on textured items.
Image Size: Present your logo/design with the image at the size you want it to print on the garment.
Fonts: Please convert fonts to curves (create outlines) before sending your files.
Color Selections:
• Spot Color: When assigning colors please use Pantone or custom colors (not CMYK) so that your files separate and print properly. We will use our standard stock ink colors and match these as close as possible to the PMS colors you have indicated. Exact PMS colors are available at an extra charge of $25.00 per blend. Do not create separate files for each ink color.
• 4 Color Process: Use CMYK. The preferred method is to send this digitally. If color match is critical we recommend that you submit a color proof. If we need to scan a 4 color print the image cannot be any bigger than 8.5" x 11".
Camera Ready Art: You may give us a good clean BLACK and WHITE copy of the art, commonly known as CAMERA READY artwork. Receiving artwork this way eliminates any problems, i.e. receiving a disk with incompatible file formats. However, please send digital files whenever possible. If you need help, please visit our art service department or email us at artwork@collegiateprideinc.com.
Web Images: We do not accept web images. Most web images are created at very low resolution (72 dpi) in order to transfer or download quickly. Images for screen printing need to be at least 150 dpi at the size you want it printed.
