ARTWORK
The customer is responsible for the artwork sent to Collegiate Pride Inc. We recommend vector images for Screen Printing. The edges of artwork should be clean with no pixels. Artwork must be PSD, AI, JPEG files in 300 resolution minimum at the size you would like the image printed. Collegiate Pride Inc. will adjust the size of the image if requested and stated on the Garment Order Form and the image is within the qualifications as directed. Collegiate Pride will not be held responsible for printed garments if artwork is not sent as requested or if Garment Order Forms are not filled out. The customer is responsible for the colors in their artwork. Collegiate Pride will not be held responsible if artwork colors are not the true color by the customers standards. The colors on your monitor may not match exactly to the printed garment. Copyrights: If the customer uploads their own design or influences the product in any other way (text personalization), the customer assures Collegiate Pride Inc. that the text and design are free from any third-party rights. The costs for possible infringements of copyright, personal rights or naming rights are to be borne completely by the customer, in this case. The customer also assures that by individualization of the product he does not infringe upon any other third-party rights. When using the Collegiate Pride Inc. Online Print Designer, customer is responsible for notifying Collegiate Pride Inc. of the correct ink colors if it does not show as such on the template. Please note that Collegiate Pride Inc. looks at the template for guidance. The customer releases Collegiate Pride Inc. from all demands and claims which are made due to the infringement of such third-party rights, as far as the customer is responsible for the breach of duty. The customer shall promptly reimburse Collegiate Pride Inc. for all defense costs and other damages resulting from any such action.
UPLOAD ARTWORK
Our site has thousands of pieces of clipart to choose from, and you also have the option to upload your own art. Please refer to the art upload section in the design studio for a detailed explanation. For the purpose of designing, you will upload a .jpg. For the purpose of screenprinting, you will upload an .eps. Please note, we can only print high resolution images. If artwork you provide is of a low resolution, we will contact you. You will need to either provide a higher quality image, or pay additional charges for our Art Staff to work with your art, bringing it up to standard for printing.
SELECTION OF GARMENTS
Collegiate Pride Inc. is willing to assist in helping the customer select garments if requested. These are only suggestions and Collegiate Pride Inc. is not liable if the customer chooses something they turn out not to like in the end. Collegiate Pride Inc. is a garment printer not a wholesaler.
RETURNS
Returns/Refunds are only granted if Collegiate Pride Inc. is held accountable for the reason why the customer would return the item(s). This means the customer has followed all order instructions.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are not allowed due to the speed with which work begins. Work concerning screens, artwork, and textiles begins upon placement of an order. Once placed, an order is final. But if you give us a call, you might be able catch the order before we start.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee your product will look like what you designed online and be without material flaw, or we will refund your money. However, Collegiate Pride will not be held responsible if artwork colors are not the true color by the customers standards. Colors on your monitor may not match exactly to the printed garment. Should you receive a product that is defective or not what you designed on our site, we will happily refund your money. We ask that you contact us the day of receipt. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed, it really is that simple.
PRIVACY
All personal information collected on our site is for the sole purpose of processing your order. This information is only available internally to us and our affiliates. Your information will never be shared or sold to others.
PRICING
Pricing is based on the following factors.
* -choice of product
* -quantity ordered
* -number of locations imprinted
* -number of ink colors in your design
To lower your cost per item, we recommend the following.
* -choose white blank products; these cost less than colors
* -order larger quantities; this reduces your per item cost
* -only print in one location
* -limit the number of ink colors in your design
MINIMUM ORDER
Due to the cost of setup and preparation, 12 pieces is our minimum for screen printing. To lower your per piece price, we recommend ordering the maximum number of shirts you anticipate needing.
